Programs

You can create Programs to use with your Grant Proposals. This helps you track what programs or projects will be funded by a grant proposal.

Programs allow you to track the Program, Project, or Fund your Grant Proposal is targeting and will be funding.

Example: You're requesting $25,000 for vaccinations for the lions at the community zoo. The "program" or dollars need to go to the Animal Health Fund or maybe the Lion Program.

You can add a Program in 2 different ways. One is from the Programs menu and the other is from a Grant Proposal.

Add Program from menu

• Click Programs in the menu on the left

• Click Add program

• Enter your program or project name

• Click Save

• You'll now be able to choose the Program from your Grant Proposal record

• Click Edit on a Grant Proposal

• Click the Program field

• Click New to create a new Program or choose an existing one
