Grant Reports

Create and track your grant reports and link it to related grant proposals, funders, clients, and tasks

To add a new grant report

  1. Go to the 'Grant Reports' menu

  2. Click 'Add Grant Report'

  3. Choose the related Grant Proposal for your report

  4. Enter in details, such as the due date, date submitted, status, and notes.

  5. Click Save

Managing Multiple Grant Reports for 1 Grant Proposal

You can link multiple grant reports to a single grant proposal if multiple are required for the grant. You'll need to create a new grant report for each one, but there's no need to create a new grant proposal.

Example: You created a Grant Proposal that you submitted and received. They require Quarterly grant reports.

How to set it up

  1. Create 1 Grant proposal (which you created when you first worked on it or submitted it.)

  2. Create a Grant report for each Quarterly report and link it back to the 1 Grant Proposal

  3. You'll have a total of 4 Grant Reports and 1 Grant Proposal
