Grant Email Deadline Notifications

Learn about reminder email notifications for deadlines regarding Grant Proposals and Grant Reports

Grant Frog will send you notification emails when your Grant Proposals and Grant Reports are nearing the Due Date. Currently, the default emails are sent 30 days prior to a deadline. You can additionally choose 60, 14, 7, and 3 day notifications and add an additional User to be notified.

Days Until Due - Default

By default, we send you email notifications 30 days and 14 days before a Grant Proposal is due or 30 days before a Grant Report is due.

Days Until Due - Additional Options

You can also choose to set additional notification of 14, 7, or 3 days.

• Go to Organization > Settings > Notifications in the menu

• Under Notifications, select any or multiple notification days - 60, 30, 14, 7, and/or 3

Add Collaborators to Email Notifications

You can add an additional User to receive Email Notifications for individual specific Grant Proposals or Grant Reports.

• In a Grant Proposal or Grant Report, Choose a Collaborator

• The User will now receive all notifications on the specific Grant Proposal or Grant Report
